Wheat bread is the best. But you can just mix up your dry ingredients before you add in the wet ingredients and the yeast seems to distribute itself pretty well that way. Most positive.

I was amazed at making such a soft, springy and an excellent rising whole wheat bread. Should I preheat the oven to 200 and turn it off while letting the bread rise or should I keep it tuned on and then increase the temp after 20 mins.?
The first time I re-folded and allowed for a 3rd rise and developed air pockets then as well. This recipe will become a staple in your home at no time at all.
I followed exact directions and it just did not rise well. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to coat the surface of the dough. To this day it is still one of the most comforting foods that always reminds me of home. Have pics not too adept with Instagram so not sure I can post them but will try.
